Perfect your catch, pull and hand entry techniques using our Power Plus Paddle. Designed with a wide surface area, the paddle allows you to feel the anchoring catch and finish phase of the stroke, encouraging better technique and promoting high elbows for improved stroke efficiency. Multiple holes in the paddle allow water to flow through for stability through each phase. Removable straps allow you to change the size.
