Returns

What is your refund and/or exchange policy?

We will gladly refund your in-store or online purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns or cancellations can be requested by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in the original condition with all tags attached. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted. Gift cards and shipping are nonrefundable. 

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason. 

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Defective and faulty products must be returned within 30 days. We will do our best to source a replacement, but in the event that a replacement is not available your purchase will be refunded.

How do I return an online order?

Online returns can be brought into the store or mailed back to us at

Returns will be processed within 24 hours of delivery. Funds can take up to 5 days to reach your account. 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours during our business week of Tuesday - Saturday. Orders made outside of our work week will be fulfilled and shipped Tuesday morning. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping to the United States.
