Returns

WE KNOW PLANS CHANGE.

 

We will gladly refund regular price (Final Sale excluded) in-store or online purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in the original condition with all tags attached and the hygienic liner intact. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted. Items marked as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and shipping are nonrefundable. 

To request an online return or cancellation, log into your account on the Sylvia's Sport and Resort website. Past order details will be available to view, and eligible merchandise will display a return or cancel button. Cancellation and return requests will then be sent for review. 

Regular price online orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Any shipping costs associated with an online return are the responsibility of the customer. 

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason.
